ABOUT HER
Hi! I'm a holistic psychotherapist, and the founder and owner of A Balanced Self. I specialize in helping women release the internal and external barriers that keep them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they truly are.
My work is rooted in a whole-person approach, recognizing the deep connection between mind, body, and environment. I support women in tuning into their emotional experiences, physical well-being, and life patterns to uncover the root causes of imbalance. I believe that when we begin to listen to the body’s signals and create alignment in our daily lives, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.
I'm passionate about preventative mental health care and empowering women to prioritize their well-being before burnout and overwhelm take hold. My approach blends traditional therapeutic techniques with holistic modalities, including energy psychology practices such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), to help release emotional blocks, reduce stress, and shift limiting beliefs.
I also value the connection between nutrition and mental health, encouraging clients to explore how their lifestyle and nourishment impact their emotional state, while collaborating with trusted practitioners for additional support.
Through my work, I create a space where women feel supported, empowered, and reconnected to themselves - so they can move forward with clarity, balance, and a deeper sense of fulfillment.
