ABOUT HER

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Busy Mom of 2, and the Founder of Anchor Point Behavioral Health, a mental health private practice designed for people who look like they have it all together but don’t feel that way internally.

I primarily work with women navigating anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, and major life transitions, especially in seasons like motherhood, burnout, or identity shifts. Most of my clients are high-functioning and insightful. They’ve tried the coping skills, read the books, listed to the podcasts… and still feel stuck. That’s where we go deeper.

I’m trained in evidence-based modalities like CBT, ACT, EMDR, ERP, and IFS. If you’re thinking, “that’s a lot of random letters that mean nothing to me,” you’re not wrong. And honestly, they shouldn’t matter to you. What does matter is how those approaches are used, thoughtfully, flexibly, and in a way that actually fits you.

My style is both structured and relational. We’re not just talking about your life—we’re actively working to understand patterns, process what’s unresolved, and create meaningful change. I also take an integrative approach, especially with women, looking at the overlap between mental health, hormones, and nervous system functioning.

I designed Anchor Point to be intentionally high-touch. Smaller caseloads, personalized care, and a level of presence that can be hard to find elsewhere. Therapy here is a space where you can be fully understood, gently challenged, and occasionally laugh at how human all of this really is.
